Traconin ruokamyynti-, jälleenmyynti-, artesaani-, taidekuja- ja taidepolkupaikkojen haku alkaa aivan pian!

Haut toteutetaan sähköisellä hakulomakkeella. Hakulomake vaatii Kompassi-tunnuksen ja sisäänkirjautumisen. Hakulomakkeen sulkeutuminen on ajastettu, joten täytäthän lomakkeen ajoissa. Voit tehdä Kompassi-tunnuksen jo nyt, jos sinulla ei sellaista vielä ole. Näin voit varmistaa tunnuksen toimivuuden kiireettä. Lähetettyäsi hakulomakkeen hakemus tallentuu Kompassi-tunnuksesi yhteyteen ja voit näin varmistaa hakemuksesi olevan tallessa.

Aiemmin uutisoidun muutoksen (Tiedote: Muutos Traconin verotuksessa) myötä alv-velvolliset yrittäjät voivat hakea jatkossa vain jälleenmyyjien tai artesaanien alueille. Myyntipaikkojen hintoihin lisätään alv 25,5%, jonka yrittäjät voivat vähentää omalla alv-ilmoituksellaan.

Myynti- ja artesaanialueen hinnat on ilmoitettu alv 0% hinnoilla. Laskuissa hintoihin lisätään alv 25,5%.

Taidekuja- ja taidepolkujen hinnat sisältävät alv 25,5%.

• Jos olet alv-velvollinen (taide) yrittäjä, haet artesaaniksi
  ( Tämä on sinulle jonka taide ja sen tuotteistaminen -tyyppinen toiminta on elinkeino. Emme pyydä esim. putkifirma ihmisiä hakemaan artesaaniksi jos taidekujailu on harrastus ja toiminta ei ole putkifirman alla. )

• Jos olet y-tunnuksellinen henkilö, päätä kumpaan haet, laita vain yksi hakemus

• Jos olet ilman y-tunnusta, älä hae artesaanihaussa -> Hae taidekujalle / taidepolulle

• Jos olet jälleenmyyjä, hae jälleenmyyjähaussa

• AI:lla osin tai kokonaan generoituja kuvia/tuotteita eikä
• piraattituotteita (esim. logojen ja trademarkkien käyttäminen ilman lupaa).

Myytävien tuotteiden pitää yleisesti olla turvallisia ja jäljitettävissä, sekä täyttää Suomen ja EU:n tuoteturvallisuusvaatimukset. Halpatuotteiden, joihin tunnetusti liittyy laatuongelmia, jälleenmyyntiä tulisi välttää. Myyjän on tarvittaessa esitettävä tuotteen vaatimustenmukaisuutta koskevat tiedot ja huolehdittava mm. elintarvikkeiden asiallisista tuotemerkinnöistä. Asiakasta ei saa johtaa harhaan, kaupanteossa on yleisesti noudatettava hyviä tapoja ja läpinäkyvyyttä.

Hakuaika kaikille myyjille on 5.–26.4.2026. Hae vain yhdellä lomakkeella tapahtumaan. Tarkistathan huolella, mikä lomake sopii sinulle.

Jälleenmyyjien myyntialue

Kenelle: alv-velvolliset yrittäjät.

Myyntiaika: 3 päivää (pe–su).

Tuotteet: Jälleenmyyjät, elintarvikkeet, muiden tuottamat ja maahantuodut käsityöt.

Myyntipaikat: Sorsapuistosali ja Kivikehän mökit.

Sorsapuistosali on tunnettu yksinkertaisesti myös myyntisalina. Saliin myydään neliömääräisesti myyntitilaa. Sorsapuistosalissa on määrätyt aukioloajat ja tilaan pääsevät tapahtumarannekkeelliset kävijät.

Kivikehän mökit sijaitsevat puistossa. Puistossa on myyntisalia laajemmat aukioloajat ja puistoon on kävijöille vapaa pääsy. Kyseiset mökit ovat tuttuja mm. Tampereen joulutorilta, niissä on aukeava luukku ja halutessa avattava seinämä. Mökit ovat ulkoilmassa sään armoilla.

Jälleenmyyjien tulee esitellä tuotteita vapaamuotoisesti esimerkiksi verkkosivun kautta lyhyesti.

Artesaanialue

Kenelle: alv-velvolliset yrittäjät.

Myyntiaika: 3 päivää (pe–su).

Tuotteet: Itsesuunnitellut tuotteet; käsityöt, taiteet, teokset.

Myyntipaikat: Sorsapuistosali, Puistolämpiö ja Kivikehän mökit.

Sorsapuistosali on tunnettu yksinkertaisesti myös myyntisalina. Tila on sali, johon myydään neliömääräisesti myyntitilaa. Sorsapuistosalissa on määrätyt aukioloajat ja tilaan pääsevät tapahtumarannekkeelliset kävijät. Puistolämpiö on leveä käytävätila ennen Sorsapuistosalia ja se mukailee käytännöiltään Sorsapuistosalia.

Kivikehän mökit sijaitsevat puistossa. Puistossa on myyntisalia laajemmat aukioloajat ja puistoon on kävijöille vapaa pääsy. Kyseiset mökit ovat tuttuja mm. Tampereen joulutorilta, niissä on aukeava luukku ja halutessa avattava seinämä. Mökit ovat ulkoilmassa sään armoilla.

Artesaanialueen hakijoiden tulee valmistella portfolio hakemuksen yhteyteen.

Taidekuja ja Taidepolku:

Tuotteet: Itsesuunnitellut tuotteet; käsityöt, taiteet, teokset.

Myyntipaikat:

• Taidepolku: 1-päivän paikat
• Taidekuja: 1/2/3-päivän paikatMolemmat alueet ovat auki conviikonloppuna perjantaista sunnuntaihin.

Taidepolku on suuri teltta Sorsapuistossa. Se tarjoaa suojaa säätä vastaan katolla, korotetulla lattialla, seinillä ja valaistus turvaa näkyvyyttä. Taidekuja puolestaan löytyy tuttuun tapaan Tampere-talon kolmannesta kerroksesta.

Taidekuja- ja taidepolkuhakijoiden tulee valmistella portfolio hakemuksen yhteyteen.

Puiston ruokamyyjät

Myyntiaika: 3 päivää (pe–su).

Myyntipaikka: Puiston ruokamyyjien alue.

Ruokamyyjille on varattu alue, johon voi ajaa peräkärryn/ruokarekan. Alue on herättänyt kiinnostusta ja tämän vuoksi avaamme nyt yhdenvertaisesti avoimen haun myös puiston ruokamyyjille. Valinnoissa kiinnitetään huomiota siihen, että saamme conikävijöille monipuolisen valikoiman ruokien suhteen. Mainitsethan siis myyntivalttisi ja esittelet alustavaa ruokalistaa. Toivomme, että kiinnität huomiota tapahtumamme kohderyhmään.

Vastaukset näet kirjautumalla sisään omilla tunnuksillasi. Huomioithan, että hakemusta ei voi muokata lähettämisen jälkeen, tai se on muokattavissa vain rajoitetun ajan.

The application period for the vendors’ spots in the Vendor’s Hall, the park next to the Tampere Hall, the Artist Alley, and the Art Trail is about to begin.

To apply for a spot, you need to fill in an online form. To access the form, you must log in with a Kompassi account. The form has a time-out function, so please fill in the form in time. In case you don’t already have a Kompassi account, you can create one at (https://kompassi.eu/). By creating one well in advance, you will have plenty of time to make sure that it works. After you have submitted the application form, it is saved under your profile at Kompassi, where you can view it.

Due to the change previously covered in our blog (Bulletin: A change in the taxation of Tracon), from now on, entrepreneurs that are liable to pay VAT can only apply to the Vendors’ Areas and the Artisans’ Area. A 25,5% VAT will be added to the prices of sales spots. Entrepreneurs can deduct the input vat when submitting their VAT returns.

The prices of the Vendors’ and Artisans’ Areas are listed with a 0% VAT. The 25,5% VAT will be added to the prices in the billing stage.

The prices listed for the Artist Alley and the Art Trail include a 25,5% VAT.

• If you have company subject to VAT → apply as ARTISAN

  • This is for you whose art is source of livehood.

• If you have business ID (not subject to VAT) → apply to ARTISAN or ARTIST ALLEY(not both)

• If you do not have business ID → apply to ARTIST ALLEY

• If you are retailer/dealer → please apply as VENDOR

• partially or fully AI-generated images/products
• Bootlegs (e.g. using logos or trademarks without permission)

The products sold at the convention must generally be safe and trackable, and meet the product safety requirements of Finland and the EU. You should avoid reselling cheap products that are known to often be of low quality. Sellers must be prepared to present the product safety information on demand, and take care of labelling goods, such as foodstuff, properly. You must not deceive your customers. When doing business at Tracon, you should follow good manners and be transparent.

The application period for all vendors is between 5–26 April 2026. You should only use one form to apply to the event. Please, check carefully which form suits your needs.

Vendors’ Areas

For: entrepreneurs who are liable to pay VAT.

Market Days: 3 days (Fri–Sun)

Products: Retail products, foodstuff, handicrafts produced and imported by third parties.

Places of sale: Park Hall and the Kivikehä event cabins.

The Park Hall is also known as the Vendor’s Hall. The sales spots in the hall are sold per square meter. The Park Hall has set opening hours, and is open to visitors with ticket wristbands.

The Kivikehä event cabins are located in the park next to the Tampere Hall. The opening hours of the park are longer than those of the Park Hall, and the park is open to all visitors. The cabins are well-known from events, such as the Tampere Christmas Market. A cabin has a serving hatch, and the lower part of its front wall is detachable. Since the event cabins are outdoors, they are at the mercy of the forces of nature.

Vendors must provide brief, informal descriptions of their products via, for example, their websites.

Artisans’ Area

For: entrepreneurs who are liable to pay VAT.

Market Days: 3 days (Fri–Sun)

Products: Self-designed products; handicrafts, art pieces.

Places of sale: The Park Hall, the Foyer, and the the Kivikehä event cabins.

The Park Hall is also known as the Vendor’s Hall. The sales spots in the hall are sold per square meter. The Park Hall has set opening hours, and is open to visitors with ticket wristbands. The Foyer is a wide corridor before the Park Hall, and its practices are consistent with those of the hall.

The Kivikehä event cabins are located in the park next to the Tampere Hall. The opening hours of the park are longer than those of the Park Hall, and the park is open to all visitors. The cabins are well-known from events, such as the Tampere Christmas Market. A cabin has a serving hatch, and the lower part of its front wall is detachable. Since the event cabins are outdoors, they are at the mercy of the forces of nature.

Those who apply to the Artisan’s Area must create a portfolio to attach to their application.

Artist Alley and Art Trail

For: Artists, hobbyists, craftspeople – creators who are not liable to pay VAT.

Products: Self-designed products; handicrafts, art pieces.

Places of sale:

• Art Trail: 1-day spots.
• Artist Alley: 1/2/3-day spots.

Both areas are open on the con weekend from Friday to Sunday.

The Art Trail is a large tent located in the park next to the Tampere hall. It provides shelter from the weather with its roof, elevated floor, and walls. The lighting of the tent ensures good visibility. The Artist Alley can be found, as usual, on the third floor of the Tampere Hall.

Those who apply to the Artist Alley or the Art Trail must create a portfolio to attach to their application.

Food Vendors in the park next to the Tampere Hall

Market Days: 3 days (Fri–Sun)

Place of sale: The food vendors’ area in the park next to the Tampere Hall.

There is an area reserved for food vendors where you can park your trailer/food truck. The area has attracted a lot of interest. For this reason, we are calling all vendors equally to apply to the food vendor’s area in the park. When making the selections, we will aim at providing the con visitors with a varied selection of foods. Thus, you should bring up your selling points in your application, as well as present a preliminary menu. Please, pay attention to the intended audience of our event.

If you cannot find your applications, please, check under your profile at both the old and new versions of Kompassi. Your user account is the same for both versions, and the information attached to your profile is stored in the same database. Please, remember that you should not give your Kompassi account credentials to any other web service than kompassi.eu!

You can view your response by logging in with your credentials. Please, mind that your application cannot be edited after submitting, or can only be edited afterwards for a limited time.
