Terms of use for Ticket Sales

These terms of use apply to the ticket shop of Tracon ry. At the ticket shop, you can purchase entry tickets for events organized by Tracon ry according to the current price list. You can also purchase other goods, such as tickets for the evening party, from the shop.

You as the user are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give.

A user must not act in a way that hinders or endangers either the online shop or its service provider’s actions, or disturbs other users of the shop.

You are to pay for your order instantly via the online payment service PayTrail (Paytrail Oyj, Business ID: 2122839-7). You may use either a Finnish online banking code or a credit card to pay. Following payment methods are accepted at the ticket shop: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Tracon ry reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders if a payment is not received in three days from the initial order.

Tickets sold via the service will be delivered electronically to the email address given by the customer as a PDF attachment.

Merely adding a ticket to your shopping cart will not automatically guarantee it to you. A ticket will only be considered sold once the payment has been received.

You may cancel your entire order with a written request within 14 days of us receiving the payment. It is not possible to cancel a ticket once the event has started. You may not partially cancel an order that includes multiple items: for example, if you have purchased multiple tickets, you can cancel the entire order but not a singular ticket.

Tracon ry reserves the right to revoke a reserved ticket in case we have not received a payment within three days of the purchase.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at liput[at]tracon.fi. Please include the details of the order you want to cancel, i.e. the order number, the name of the orderer, and the email address used for placing the order, in your email. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to the account used for the original payment.

In order to work, the service requires a modern browser which utilizes JavaScript and cookies. The service works on PC and mobile devices.

The tickets require a PDF reader to work. You as the user are responsible for acquiring, protecting and maintaining the required software.

If you experience any issues, please contact us at liput[at]tracon.fi. The email should include at least your name, contact information, the email address used for placing the order, and a description of your issue. A lack of proper contact information will slow down the process of resolving your issue, or even make it impossible.

We are only responsible for tickets purchased through our official ticket shop. We are not responsible for any tickets resold by either individuals or third parties (such as huuto.net). In case of issues with resales, we recommend you to contact either the market place or the police, if necessary.

In case we have to cancel the event, you are entititled to a refund for the tickets you have purchased. This also applies to situations in which the event is cancelled due to force majeure.

A case of force majeure can be, for example, a strike, a war, a natural disaster, a power outage, an official action unrelated to the event, a revolution, a pandemic or other comparable event.

Tracon ry reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use. However, in case of paid products, we will apply the terms of use that were valid at the time of purchase.

These terms of use come into force on July 7, 2026, and are valid for the time being.

By using this service, you commit to abiding by these terms of use when purchasing goods from the ticket shop.
