Kunniavieraat/Guests of honour 2026!

Tänä vuonna Traconissa nähdään kaksi kunniavierasta! Cosplay maailmasta tuttu Yugoro sekä taiteilija Sara Vidigal. Lue heistä lisää tästä uutisesta, tsekkaa heidän omat sivustonsa tai somensa ja tule Tracon viikonloppuna heidän ohjelmiinsa ja Saran taidekujapöydälle!

Yugoro on työlleen omistautunut live-action roolipeli intoilija, joka on harrastanut cosplayta vuodesta 2017 lähtien. Hän ei ole intohimoinen vain cosplaysta, vaan myös esiintymisestä, eeppisten proppien tekemisestä ja fantasia aiheisista asuista.

Palkintojensa, mm. Comic Con Balticsista ja Japan Exposta, myötä Yugorosta on tullut hyvin tiedetty henkilö cosplay maailmassa. Yugoro oli myös yksi kymmenestä finalistista maailmanlaajuisessa Cyberpunk 2077 kilpailussa, jonka järjesti kuuluisa CD Projekt RED. Vuonna 2024 Yugoro edusti ylpeänä koko Baltian aluetta Cosplay Crown Championshipsissä Yhdysvalloissa ja GICOFissa Koreassa.

Sara Vidigal on Madridissa asuva kuvittaja, jonka inspiraationa toimivat tumma estetiikka ja japanilainen kulttuuri, ja joka on erikoistunut tekstiilisuunnitteluun. Sara on suunnitellut designeja eri alternative brändeille, kuten Lady Slothille, Madame Chocolatille, Hallowsille, ja monille muille. Hän on myös voittanut kaksi palkintoa suunnittelukilpailussa, jonka järjesti japanilainen brändi ACDC RAG. Sara pyörittää tällä hetkellä omaa vaatemerkkiään 3Eyes Clothing.

Hän tykkää testailla eri taiteellisia keinoja, kuten muraaleja, painatusta eri tavoilla, risografiaa ja fanzine-tuotantoa.

Sara Vidigalin paja: Apothecary Diaries kasveja (Opus 1/2 la 5.9. 15:30-17:00)
Sara Vidigal pitää lauantaina työpajan, jossa pääset oppimaan, miten maalata vesiväreillä The Apothecary Diaries -sarjasta tuttuja myrkyllisiä kasveja. Kaikki pajassa tarvittavat välineet löytyvät paikan päältä.

Yugoro is a dedicated live-action roleplaying enthusiast, who has been doing cosplay since 2017. Not only is she passionate about cosplay, but also about performing, fantasy-themed costumes, and creating epic props.

With victories at events such as Comic Con Baltics and Japan Expo, Yugoro has become a well-known figure in the cosplay world. Yugoro was also one of a dozen finalists in the global Cyberpunk 2077 competition organized by the renowned CD Projekt RED. In 2024, she proudly represented the entire Baltic region at the Cosplay Crown Championship in the US and the GICOF in Korea.

An awesome opportunity to meet Yugoro herself! After the Q&A, there will be a Meet & Greet in Maestro, where you can exchange a few words with the well-known cosplay enthusiast.

Sara Vidigal is a Madrid-based illustrator, who is inspired by dark aesthetics and Japanese culture. She specializes in textile design. Sara has made designs for alternative fashion brands ,such as Lady Sloth, Madame Chocolat, Hallows, and many others. She has also won two prizes in a design competition organized by the Japanese brand ACDC RAG. Sara currently runs her own clothing label, 3Eyes Clothing.

She enjoys experimenting with a variety of artistic mediums, including mural painting, printmaking, screen printing, risograph printing, and fanzine production.

Sara Vidigal’s workshop: Plants from The Apothecary Diaries (Opus 1/2 Sat 5.9. 15:30-17:00)
On Saturday, Sara Vidigal will hold a workshop where you get to learn how to paint poisonous plants known from The Apothecary Diaries with watercolours. All the supplies needed for participating will be provided by the workshop.

Sara has her own table at the Artist Alley for the whole weekend. You can find her on the 3rd floor at table number 26.
