Kevät on lähtenyt mukavasti liikkeelle ja seuraavaa Traconia odotetaan jo! Meillä täällä ohjelmatiimin puolella ovat hihat heiluneet jo urakalla, kun olemme päivittäneet ohjelmahakulomakkeita, sekä kehittäneet muutamia uusia lomakkeita helpottaaksemme hakuprosessia sekä teille että meille!
Ohjelmatiimin puolesta voin ilokseni ilmoittaa ohjelmahaun olevan nyt avattu! Ohjelmahaku on auki 31.5. klo 23:59 asti. Huomaathan, että miittien hakuaika on kuitenkin auki aina heinäkuun loppuun asti! Ohjelmahaun oman sivun löydät Traconin kotisivuilta: ohjelmanjärjestäjäksi. Sieltä löytyy tällä kertaa myös muutama uusi lomake, joista lisää seuraavaksi.
Jatkuvan ohjelman hakeminen on nyt Kompassissa: Ennen Jatkuvaa ohjelmaa piti hakea ”muu ohjelma” -kategoriassa, sekä erillisin sähköpostein. Olemme yksinkertaistaneet prosessia ja nyt jatkuvalle ohjelmalle, kuten Mahjong, Go, Pokémon salihaaste, Hengailuhuone, sekä VR -pelipiste on oma ohjelmahakulomake!
Esityspohjaisten ohjelmien muutokset: Lomakkeessa on pyritty tarkentamaan, minne lavalla hakija haluaa tuoda esityksensä. Esiintyjä voi valita joko Tracon Live! -lavan puistossa tai Pienen salin. Mikäli ette ole varmoja, kumpi lava sopisi teille paremmin, on vaihtoehtona myös ”en ole varma”!
Miittihaku on nyt myös Kompassissa: Miittejä haettiin ennen ottamalla sähköpostilla yhteyttä Traconin ohjelmatiimiin. Nyt miittien järjestämiselle on oma hakemuksensa Kompassissa! Voit hakea miitteihin samalta verkkosivulta kuin muihinkin ohjelmiin. Miittejä voi tuttuun tapaan hakea aina heinäkuun loppuun, 31.7. klo 23:59, asti. Miittihaku toimii nopein ensin -formaatilla, joten varaathan miittiaikasi ajoissa ja tapaa muita faneja!
Muutoksia suurien esiintyjäryhmien ohjelmaetuihin: Isojen esitysryhmien kanssa (enemmän kuin kymmenen esiintyjää) ohjelmajärjestäjien eduista neuvotellaan tarkemmin ohjelmatiimin kanssa suuren esiintyjämäärän lippukulujen vuoksi. Suurten ryhmien jäsenet saavat kuitenkin minimissään päivälipun tapahtumaan. Tämä lippu on mahdollista päivittää viikonloppurannekkeeksi erillisellä maksulla.

Spring has begun with a spring in its step and the next Tracon is being anticipated! We here on the program team have had our hands busy, as we have been updating the application form and developed a few entirely new application forms to ease the process of applying to hold a program both for you and for us!
On behalf of the program team, it is my great pleasure to announce that the application period for programmes has begun! The program applications are open until 31.5. at midnight! Do note, that the time for reserving meets is open until the end of July! You can send your own program applications from the Tracon homepage, in the Apply as a program host section. In there you will also find the new application forms, please keep reading to learn more about those.
Applying for a continuous program is now in Kompassi: Before, the continuous program suggestions had to be sent out from the “other programs” forms and separate e-mails. We have simplified the process for the continuous program, and now programs such as Mahjong, Go, Pokémon gym challenge, Hang out room and the VR -game point have their own application form!
Performance based application changes: We added a question to the application of performance based presentations on whether the applicants want to perform in the park, or in the small hall! If you are unsure of which location would be best suited for your performance, the option of “I am unsure” also exists!
Reserving a meeting is now done through Kompassi: Reserving a meeting was previously done by sending an e-mail to Tracon’s program team. Now, reserving a meeting has its own application form in Kompassi! You can reserve a meeting from the same site as the rest of the programs. Meetings can be reserved until the end of July, until 31.7. at midnight. Reserving a meeting is first come, first served, so secure your meeting time as soon as possible!
Changes regarding the given perks of large performance groups: When it comes to large performance groups (more than ten performers), we will negotiate in more detail regarding the program host perks for each group member, due to the large performance groups ticket costs. Large groups will at minimum receive a one day ticket to the event, and this ticket is possible to be updated to a weekend ticket with an extra fee.
